Meet the next generation. Nicole Senia is Samantha’s daughter. She is an innovative, creative, interior designer who focuses on the Gen Z generation of influencers & Tik-tokers homes and Luxury Real Estate. Most Recent Influencer worked with was Faze Banks. She is the sales manager at Elite Home Staging, California. She manages and oversees a team of 15 home staging stylists. She is also a host of the podcast The Power of We where she takes a deep dive into the world of real estate in Los Angeles. Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Loyola Marymount University.
